Back to basics

It is definitely one of the themes you are hearing a lot about lately. People are refocusing on the basics on a lot of topics. And, one that should be top of your list is dental care.

Dental care could be one of the easiest parts of your day. Simple brushing and flossing can keep your teeth in good condition and help you avoid long-term problems. But it is also important to visit your dentist for routine cleanings, screenings and care.

One of the basics you should be considering right now is ensuring good dental health for yourself and your family. If you have not had your regular appointment in more than six months, you need to put that on your calendar. If it has been more than a year since you have visited me for oral cancer screenings and a check for gum disease, this should be placed as a priority, too.

Remember the basic warning signs, too. Sore or bleeding gums, sensitive teeth and bad breath are all signs that you should be addressing some of your basics when it comes to your dental health.

Trident Xtra Care: Protects, Strengthens, Rebuilds.

Now you can extend your care beyond the chair in a whole new way: Trident Xtra Care. Recaldent is a unique form of calcium specifically designed for teeth. Recaldent is complex but derived from milk, and it helps actively rebuild and strengthen tooth enamel.
Chewing Trident Xtra Care replaces calcium and phosphate ions, remineralizing tooth enamel and leaving teeth more resistant to plaque acids. Recaldent remains in the plaque layer for up to 3 hours after chewing, leaving a ready pool of calcium and phosphate ions, increasing tooth remineralization. Chewing gum has never strengthened teeth like this before. To learn more go to www. tridentgum.com

Soda and Cavaties

Dentists can usually spot a soda drinker because they are often prone to cavities and white spots on their teeth known as decalcifications, which are actually the start of new cavities. Sweetened soda contains a high amount of sugar, a carbohydrate that can promote cavities. Soda may even be more damaging to the teeth than other sugar containing beverages because it is also acidic. This in itself erodes tooth enamel. When the bacteria in our mouths are exposed to sugar they metabolize and produce acid. As "sugary foods" are eaten (candy, sugar frosted cereal, ice cream, soda) and other carbohydrates this acid begins to dissolve the hard enamel coating on the outer surface of your teeth. Every exposure to these foods allows an acid attack on the teeth for about 20 minutes! Several studies were done on sweetened soda and mineral water. Teeth exposed to cola, orange and lime soda had significantly more decalcification than those exposed to mineral water. Of all sodas tested, cola caused the most.
The easiest way to prevent cavities is by brushing you teeth at least three times a day, especially after eating or drinking your favorite foods. And its always important to brush before bed. Also using a straw with your favorite drinks helps sugar bypass your teeth. So have fun eat and drink your favorite foods and sodas "just brush!

What does biocompatible dentistry mean?

Biocompatible dentistry is an approach to dentistry that focuses on keeping toxic substances out of your mouth and, therefore, your body. And, with modern dentistry, there is no reason why any toxic substances should be used.

Many people come in wanting to have their old, grey or black fillings removed for aesthetic purposes. The new white composite fillings that blend with the teeth simply look better. That may be true but the better reason to replace black/grey/silver fillings is because the amalgam that is used contains Mercury, a highly toxic metal.

Mercury can leech out of these fillings in very small does into your system. And, this sort of filling expands and contracts, endangering the stability of the tooth. In general, we can do better. The composite materials we use in white fillings are stronger, do not expand and contract and are fully biocompatible.

For biocompatible reasons, I would like you to be motivated to have your black/grey/silver fillings replaced. If you need the extra motivation, it looks much better but I would be more concerned with getting the Mercury out of your teeth.

If you have any questions about your fillings or biocompatible dentistry in general, please email me today.

Ringing in the ears… might be TMJ

Every once in a while, I am reminded how random the symptoms of TMJ can be. As you know, I am a neuromuscular dentist and I treat Tempromandibular Joint Disorder. Is this always characterized by straight up jaw joint pain. Absolutely not.

It takes a neuroumuscular dentist to recognize that Tinnitus, or ringing in the ears, is another symptom of TMJ that is commonly misdiagnosed and often goes untreated or is treated ineffectively. In many cases ringing in the ears is one of the results of having a strained bite in which the jaw is not aligned. The jaw area of the face is a complex network of muscles and nerves, and when the bite is misaligned muscles and nerves throughout the head, including the ears, can be affected.

Tinnitus can also be one of the most alarming and hard to live with conditions a person can have. If you are experiencing a ringing in your ears, please make an appointment with me for a TMJ screening.

Bad Breath? Read this blog.

It is a topic that most people don’t want to discuss too readily, but bad breath is more than just a social problem. Studies show that more than 80% of people deal with bad breath on an ongoing basis.

Usually, bad breath can be remedied with good attention to cleaning and dental hygiene. Regular visits to see for check-ups and cleanings will keep you on a good path for oral health. And, regular visits allow me to make sure than symptoms like bad breath are not the signs of something more serious like gum disease.

Proper brushing and regular flossing will keep your teeth clean. This is one of the main causes of bad breath. Brushing after each meal and flossing to clean out between teeth removes any food remains that can be a breeding ground for bacteria, which is what can cause bad breath.

And, when you are brushing, brush your tongue. Bacteria can accumulate on your tongue, too, and this can cause bad breath, as well.

If you are a smoker, here is another good reason to quit. Tobacco products leave behind a smell that will give you bad breath. This one is a particularly hard-to-cover odor.

See, it is not that uncommon. If you contend with bad breath of one degree or another, then you are not alone. If you have any questions, please come in to visit me for a cleaning or a check-up and we can talk about it.

Fun Household Remedies

Did You Know? that drinking two glasses of Gatorade can relieve headache pain almost immediately--without the unpleasant side effects caused by traditional "pain relievers".

Did You Know? Colgate toothpaste makes an excellent salve for burns.

Before you head to the drugstore for a high-priced inhaler filled with mysterious chemicals, try chewing on a couple of curiously strong Altoids peppermints. They'll clear up your stuffed nose.

Achy muscles from the flu? Mix 1 tablespoon of horseradish in 1 cup of olive oil. Let the mixture sit for 30 minutes, then apply it as a massage oil, for instant relief for aching muscles.

Sore throat? Just mix 1/4 cup of vinegar with 1/4 of honey and take 1 tablespoon six times a day. The vinegar kills the bacteria.

Cure urinary tract infections with Alka-Seltzer. Just dissolve two tablets in a glass of water and drink it at the onset of the symptoms. Alka-Seltzer begins eliminating urinary tract infections almost instantly--even though the product was never been advertised for this use.

Honey remedy for skin blemishes--cover the blemish with a dab of honey and place a Band Aid over it. Honey kills the bacteria, keeps the skin sterile, and speeds healing. Works overnight.

Listerine therapy for toenail fungus. Get rid of unsightly toenail fungus by soaking you toes in Listerine mouthwash. The powerful antiseptic leaves your toenails looking healthy again.

Easy eyeglass protections--to prevent the screws in eyeglasses from loosening, apply a small drop Maybeline Crystal Clear Nail Polish to the threads of the screws before tightening them.

Cleaning liquids that double as bug killers--If menacing bees, wasps, hornets, or yellow jackets get in your home and you can't find the insecticide, try a spray of Formula 409. Insects drop to the ground instantly.

Kills fleas instantly--Dawn dishwashing liquid does the trick. Add a few drops to your dog's bath and shampoo the animal thoroughly. Rinse well to avoid skin irritation. Good bye fleas.

Rainy day cure for dog odor--next time your dog comes in from the rain, simply wipe down the animal with Bounce or any dryer sheet, instantly making your dog smell springtime fresh.

Quaker Oats for fast pain relief-- it's not for breakfast any more! Mix 2 cups of Quaker Oats and 1 cup of water in a bowl and warm in the microwave for 1 min, cool slightly, and apply the mixture to your hands for soothing relief from arthritis pain.

Thanks Cynthia for the fun home remedies!

Fever Blisters and Canker Sores

Whether through personal experience, a family member or your friends and co-workers, you are all too familiar with the tremendous pain associated with Oral Herpetic lesions know as "Fever Blisters or "Cold Sores". The pain is both physical and emotional. They appear at the edge of the lip or nose and are typically caused by herpes simplex type I virus.
I have had literally hundreds of patients, family and friends come to me for advice an/or treatment for fever blisters. Unfortunately, there has been little that could be done to effectively treat this problem. Over 150,000,000 Americans suffer from Cold sores/Fever Blisters.
We are now aware of a tremendously effective treatment available to dentists. "Viroxyn" has shown to be superior to other topical agents rapidly reducing the pain, itching and burning associated with this type of lesion if caught at early onset. It also eliminates the side effects of taking systemic nucleosides like "Zovirex" and "Valtrex."
Just as painful are those that form inside the mouth know as "Aphthous Ulcers" aka "Canker Sores." For those who suffer from canker sores, visit the website, www.ora5.com ----they make a very effective product for this type of lesion. Or on your next visit if you have a question or concern in regards to this information ask your hygienist. 866-76 SMILE

Showing some passion for your smile and dental health.

As a dentist, my passion for my patients’ smiles and their dental health is pretty apparent. If I did not love what I did and I did not think it was important, you would feel like just another patient with just another mouth when you visit me. However, part of the reason I write this blog and part of the reason why my team works so hard to make you feel at home in our office is because we have that passion for your smile and dental health. And, we want you to have it, too!

One of the reasons I have taken advanced training as a dentist is to make the experience as beneficial as I can for all my patients. I believe in the saying that “Anything worth doing is worth doing well.” This is why I pursued cosmetic and neuromuscular dentistry and it is why I invest in the latest treatments and training. It is all part of a passion to offer you the best. My office staff makes the extra effort and time to make sure that when you visit us you feel like a guest and that you are appreciated.

Now it is your part. Surely, you should care as much about your dental health and smile as we do! So many people do not prioritize their visits to the dentist. And, even more do not think of what a little cosmetic work could do for them. White, straighter teeth… a healthier smile… any little pains or discomforts in your mouth treated…. If you want any of these things but are not doing anything about it, join my team in showing a little passion for your dental health. Call me if there is anything I can do for you.

Cosmetic Dentistry Will Make You Smile

Are you afraid to smile? Would you rather take a picture then be in it? Are you afraid to yawn for fear of revealing all of those silver fillings? Many of my patients think that their teeth are to dark, too crooked, overcrowded, chipped, or just misshapen. They want that "Hollywood Smile", and they often bring a magazine to my office, point to the cover and say, "I want a smile just like that!" There are a wide range of cosmetic dental enhancements available that can help you achieve the look you want. Though these enhancements are only "skin deep", they can bring you pleasure, and perhaps give your self-confidence a little boost.

Bleaching and Whitening
Extrinsic stains, or stains on outer surfaces of the teeth, can usually be removed during a thorough professional dental cleaning. However, intrinsic stains, which are stains within the tooth itself, must be removed through bleaching. Not everyone is a candidate for bleaching. One reason is that the bleaching product does not work on any fillings, crowns, or any porcelain restorations in your mouth, only on the natural surface of your teeth. Also be careful with over the counter whitening products since these may cause sensitive teeth and irritate the gums. So ask a dental professional for there recommendation on whats best for you.

Tooth-Colored Fillings
There are alternatives to silver fillings now, which is the composite filling material. Many patients with silver fillings have the option to remove old silver fills and exchange for the white material. Its amazing how much the tooth changes color when there removed. I get more gratification and many more thanks from patients when I use tooth-colored fillings. Plastic fillings are only made for the smaller problems or cavities. Teeth that have a larger problem would need something with a stronger structure. Composite is a very hard plastic material, but its only its best on smaller things.

Porcelain Veneers
I recommend porcelain veneers to the majority of my patients. Its the best alternative in my opinion. If the patient wants to change tooth color, shape, size, if there crooked, have gaps or chips this is going to change there smile 360 degrees. Veneers are very strong pressed ceramic restorations, that are made to look like natural teeth. Its amazing how naturally beautiful they are, and there very strong. You can almost think of false nails to give you an example. Its a thin porcelain shell that fits over your natural teeth. Of course some of your natural tooth structure does have to be removed to accomplish this procedure. There bonded on with very strong permanent cements. With veneers you can always achieve a more consistent result. My patients often don't remember what there old smile looked like. If your trying to achieve that "Hollywood Smile" I suggest you spend the money and do it the right way the first time.

If you have a hankering for a smile overhaul, rest easy. There are many options available, so give us a call 866-76-SMILE and Dr. Rose will help point you in the right direction.

We've Heard Every Excuse in the Book

Trying to cancel your dental appointment again? Think you have a great excuse? Well you know we've heard them all. We know making time in your busy life's to see the dentist is difficult for some, but for you others, we don't think you see the importance of a healthy mouth. There are many health problems related to bad oral hygiene, including heart disease. I guess when your not in pain, its hard to see the importance. What's crazy about your mouth is that allot of the times you won't have pain, and perio disease is called the silent killer. We've heard some wacky excuses in our years, so here's a list of just a few. We thought you would find this humorous.

1. I forgot, I am at work right now.
2. I have a meeting.
3. I just got a flat tire, and I am on the freeway
4. My dog has fleas, he's going to the vet.
5. My cat is stuck in a tree and the fire department is on the way.
6. I locked my keys in the car.
7. I have to pick up my kids from school, but its summertime, oh ya she's in summer school.
8. My dog ran away, I am searching for him.
9. My boss said I couldn't have the day off.
10. I am doing laundry, and I completely spaced out.
11. I am out of town.
12. I don't have a ride.
13. I missed my bus.
14. I missed my plane, I am stuck in New York.
15. I was out of town this weekend and got snowed in.
16. I am stuck in Mexico.
17. I have a cold.
18. I have a headache.
19. My car was stolen, I'm in the middle of filing a police report.
20. I scheduled two appointments on the same day and time, so I am canceling my dentist appointment.
21. Last night was my birthday and I am hungover.
22. I have to pick us someone from the airport.
23. I thought my appointment was next week?
24. I am to busy today.
25. I made my hair appointment at the same time, so I can't make it today.

So what do you think? Have you ever used one of these excuses? You know, we all have for one reason or another. We are all busy, and life gets in the way sometimes. But just remember your health is important, and without your health you have now life. It's just a thought.

We Have A Winner!

Congratulations to our Winner! Joy Yoseski was picked on May 29th for the $50 Gas Card. Yahoo! Its funny, when we did decide to give gas cards as the prize, gas was a little cheaper (Ha Ha $3.28 so cheap), and now almost $5 ugh! but hopefully she can get at least a half a tank. Well, I guess every little bit helps, gas prices are outrageous! Well don't worry if you didn't win in May you have a chance in June. The contest continues, same rules apply. Just keep your June appointments and enter at the front desk. We also want to thank all our wonderful patients who did keep there appointments in May. Good Job! We know you all have busy lives, but your oral health is important. So if you still need to schedule an appointment with us, give us a ring. Thanks Again and Cheers to Joy! (562) 496-3230

Diet and Dental Health

Summer is almost here and I have a great summer project for you. That project is your health!

I’m not talking about toning up, dieting or anything else that is so ambitious. What I suggest is that you observe your health over these summer months. That might provide you with an idea of just exactly where you and your family members are when it comes to your overall health.

Here is the project I propose. Take the next three summer months to keep a food journal. Simply make a log of what you eat and when you eat it. This usually gives people a pretty good insight into areas they might be able to improve nutritionally.

In terms of your dental health, you may want to look for how and when you eat certain foods. Look for times when you eat certain foods. It is commonly known that sugar causes tooth decay. So, you should know that a good habit is to brush within 20 minutes of eating a big sugary snack or treat. This cuts down on the amount of time the sugar will attack the teeth. Acids caused by sugar breaking down attack the teeth for up to 20 minutes. On a food journal, you will see when you routinely leave yourself open to greater effects of high sugar foods.

Also, watch for those isolated snacks. Foods that are eaten as part of meal cause less harm on teeth because more saliva is produced during a meal. This helps wash foods from the mouth, thus lessening the effect of sugars on the teeth.

You will learn more about yourself if you try this summer food journal. No need to be perfect. Just give it a try and if you want to bring it in to review with me on your next cleaning visit, then I will be happy to help you interpret the results and, hopefully, help you continue good oral health.

What are you doing with your tax rebate?

Last week, the first tax rebate checks started to arrive. So, what are you going to do with your piece of the economic stimulus? Many people are taking care of some basics that have been put off. If your dental health or appearance has fallen into that category, this could be your opportunity to care for yourself a little.

In the past few months, I have blogged about replacing black or grey fillings with white resin fillings. This has a direct relation to you long term health. If you short-term dental health needs include cleanings, routine checkups and screenings or if you have been putting off asking me about a pain or problem, why not spend a little of your rebate on your dental health.

If you are up-to-date on your dental health maintenance, are feeling now jaw, neck or head pains that could be associated with TMJ and you generally feel good, you may want to consider visiting me to whiten your teeth. If you have never tried it or if you are ready for another whitening after a few years, just contact our office to schedule an appointment.

Where the Teeth Bite-The U.S. cities with the cleanest and nastiest smiles

It's a good thing barbecue is so popular in Texas-worst case, the state's dentally challenged can simply gum their fall-off-the-bone favorite. In ranking the nation's best and worst teeth, two Lone Star States cities-ElPaso and Lubbock finish in the bottom 10, with San Antonio and Dallas close behind. Nor is this just a beauty contest, given that poor oral hygiene is linked to higher risks of heart disease, stroke and even pancreatic cancer. Our analysis includes who visit their dentist annually, number of no-shows whose choppers are dropping out, and the number of households with flouride on tap. When the computer spit out the results, it became clear that some drilling is needed in Texas and we don't mean for oil.

The Acid Bath

Brushing your teeth right after breakfast could be a problem. Cereal, bananas, and OJ are acidic, and if you eat them and then brush right away, you'll remove some of the temporarily softened tooth enamel. Sounds crazy right? It's true. The remedy? Wait 20 minutes before you brush, and save yourself from future damage.

Scan for Stroke

Did you know the panoramic dental x-ray not only offers a 180 degree window into your oral health, but also reveals whether the other plaque is piling up in your carotid arteries. I thought this was pretty interesting. What's really sad is only 10 percent of dentist's bother to look. So the next you see you dentist ask about this x-ray and let him take a look. Better safe then sorry, I say.

Well the polls are in!! This survey shows the cities with the worst smile are Lubbock, Philadelphia, Spokane, Salt Lake City, El Paso and Tulsa. Y'all better get in soon. The city's with the best smile Los Angeles, Madison, Nashville, St. Paul and Charlotte. If you need a visit with Dr. Rose give us a call 866-76-SMILE where you can have the "Hollywood Smile" you deserve.

All Natural Botanical Dental Remedies

Dr. Rose has come across a great new product called "Tooth & Gum Tonic". This is an all natural oral rinse. Its a anti-microbial with powerful botanicals known to deal with the offending bacteria. The "Dental Herb Company" uses the highest quality, pure essential oil of eucalyptus. They never use chemically synthesized eucalyptol, which although well know for its anti-gingivitis properties is not nearly as effective as the complete essential oil. Also used is oil of red thyme, which is known worldwide for its effectiveness as an anti-microbial. This product helps with rebuilding connective tissue, promotes healing of wounds and inflammation. Its alcohol-free and non-staining. Its also great in combating halitosis, freshens breath for hours! So if your interested in learning more ask your hygienist on your next visit. Concerned about lead? What about other toxins?

The recent concern about lead on imported toys and products from China is a warning for all of us to be concerned about our immediate environment. I am sure that you checked the packaging on gifts you gave and got for the holidays and that is a good start.

But, in your vigilance over toxic substances, don’t forget your fillings if you have black, silver or amalgam fillings. These fillings contain Mercury unlike modern “white” ceramic fillings.

If you have black fillings but you will not buy a toy from China that has a lead warning, you still have some work to do. Why not schedule an appointment with me to discuss the importance of replacing black, silver and amalgam fillings with white fillings? 866-76-SMILE

Have you thought about Cosmetic Dentistry?

Never underestimate the advantage a cosmetically enhanced smile can give you. Even something as easy and quick as whitening your teeth can improve your overall appearance. Every once in a while, I ask people to think about the advantages.

The choice of porcelain veneers or other cosmetic dental treatments is sometimes tied to an event: a wedding, an important business function, a holiday, a graduation or some family event. But, if you think about it, there are so many ways an improved smile can impact your life on an every day basis.

There is no doubt that a better smile is an advantage in business. This can impact promotions, sales and career paths. In a society that has learned that teeth can be improved, when you see a misshapen smile or misaligned teeth, you often can’t help but wonder why the person has done nothing to fix their smile.

If you know someone who might benefit from cosmetic dentistry, this is why you should think about referring them to me for a cosmetic consultation. A better smile can mean a better presentation at work. Makeovers of all kinds lead to promotions all the time. It can improve a person’s social prospects. It can also give a new sense of inner confidence that can manifest itself in many ways.

A Smile is Worth a Thousand Words

On a recent vacation with my wife Carolyn to the Myan Riviera I realized how lucky we are to live in America. Where it is so easy to acheive that beautiful wonderful brite smile we all want. The marvels of new cosmetic procedures allows us to attain a natural look that the rest of the world may not have.

Well, my wife and I were getting ready to go down to the pool and the maid was cleaning our room. She was very thorough, a hard worker, did her job, and kept to herself. So I decided to give her a small tip for all her hard work that day. When I did get her attention I handed her a $10 bill, she gave me the biggest smile I'll never forget. It was the brightest silver smile I had ever seen. She had metal crowns on her front teeth, and thats obviously all she could afford, but her smile still warmed my heart. I know it wasn't much but the joy and appreciation she had was touching. I'll never forget that moment. It just makes you think sometimes how much we have here in the United States. They say "A smile is worth a thousand words", but in this case it was priceless. I guess a smile is just a smile no matter how silver it is.

Bleeding Gums Can Kill More Than Your Smile

Contrary to what you have been told, bleeding gums are not normal and shouldn't be ingnored. Would you be concerned if your hands bleed everytime you wash them? Your gums are no different.

Bleeding that occurs when you floss, brush, or eat is usually caused by a bacterial infection and represents one of the first symptoms of gum disease (Periodontal Disease). Researchers are finding links between periodontal infection and other diseases of the human body. Heart Disease, Diabetes, Respiratory Disease, Osteoporosis, Artificial Joints, and Pregnancy complications seem to be connected to your oral health. The current theory is that bacteria present in infected gums breaks loose, travels threw your bloodstream, and attaches itself to your heart or other body parts. A recent study found 85% of heart-attack patients have periodontal disease, making this connection higher than a relationship between high cholesterol ane heart attacks.

Over 80% of adults have gum disease. Smoking, excessive alcohol, diet, and poor oral hygiene can contribute to the on set and progression of the disease, but genetics seem to play a significant role. If there is a history of gum disease or premature tooth loss with your parents or siblings your chance of having this disease is extremely high.

Our hygienist are top of there class, and have many years of experiance and have been highly trained from LVI in using a laser during your visit. Its not "just a cleaning anymore". You should see your hygienist 3 to 4 times a year for your periodontal maintenance and screening. Gum disease is serious and should be taken seriously.

Headaches and TMJ

Did you know migraine headaches can be caused by TMJ issues? A misaligned jaw can be the reason for many pains and discomforts.

Normally, you would not think of taking your migraine headache issues to a dentist. Most people go to the doctor and get medication if the need persists. Or, they just live with it and ride out the headaches. It takes some research, a heads-up referral, and often a lot of frustration before some migraine sufferers finally seek out a neuromusclar dentist.

Misaligned jaws can cause a number of issues beyond simple jaw popping and pain. This is how most people know TMJ, so to connect TMJ with migraines may seem a difficult jump to make. In layman's terms, the muscles and nerves that surround the jaw area are affected when the bite it not right. A misaligned bite may cause localized pain at the jaw but the effects radiate out to nearby areas. Naturally, this can cause severe headaches and even migraines. I specialize in Neuromuscular Dentistry, so if you or someone you know has migraines, why not ask them to call my office for a TMJ test that will let them know if I can help their migraine problem. Better to treat the cause for a lifetime, than to continue to treat the symptoms for the moment with medications that may not always work. Call Today 562-496-3230

With So Many Cosmetic Dentist's--How Do I Choose?

When I browse the numerous dental websites online I see a maze of so called Cosmetic Dentists. How can you find the one that stands out? How do you find the expert?

A little homework can go a long way in clearing the confusion. Really take a good look at there website, there experience, there training, before/after photos, testimonials, be thorough. I've been doing cosmetic dentistry for the last 20 plus years. I was one of the first dentist's in this area to embrace cosmetic bonding of teeth, with the then new micro fill composites and then graduated to veneers as the technology advanced. I've seen all the advancements over the years and have developed an eye for exceptional results.
The dentists that have worked for me in the past were not allowed to do cosmetic cases because they hadn't taken the necessary dental courses to understand the finer points involved in tooth design. Yet when they decided to move forward and open there own practice they advertise themselves as "Cosmetic Experts". They're not even close.
I'm proud to say that I've taken numerous cosmetic hands-on courses, including the prestigious "Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, and have done thousands of veneer cases with beautiful results. I enjoy cosmetic dentistry and would love to give you the beautiful smile you deserve.
Call our office for a FREE Cosmetic Consultation and find out why we STAND ABOVE THE REST.
